This is the third Sonicare I have owned. Liked the quadpacer on the first one. Disliked second one as it seemed to collect more dirt where the brush screwed on to the handle and did not have the quadpacer. Both had NiCd batteries which was there weak point. This one has a Li-ion battery hope it will last longer. The handle is smaller and my teeth feel cleaner after using it with the new style brush. Until I see the dentist all I can say see the other reviews.

but, the sonic part takes some getting used to. It's like putting a vibrator in your mouth. When you are tired and ready for bed, the last thing you really feel like doing is vibrating the inside of your mouth and waking yourself up. With that said, it is "sonic". It seems to really whiten your teeth better than regular brushing.

Sonicare sent me this model as a replacement for my Elite series that died after developing a crack on the rubber button allowing water to seep inside the unit. I didn't like it at first, but got used to the new design. Now after a little over a year, this one just quit working. I really love these toothbrushes, but I'm really starting to doubt the quality.
